Try your FidoLab fountain for 60 days. If your pet doesn't take to it — or you're not happy for any reason — email hello@fidolabco.com and we'll refund you. No hassle. We'd rather earn a repeat customer than keep an unhappy one.

If it ever stops working

The pump is the one moving part in any fountain. If yours gets noisy or quits within the guarantee window, email us and we'll ship a replacement — you don't need to send the old one back.

How to start a return or replacement

Email hello@fidolabco.com with your order number. We'll confirm within 2 business days, and refunds go back to your original payment method.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, send us a photo within 30 days and we'll make it right at no cost.
